Stovec Industries (BOM:504959) said Paras Mehta has resigned as chief financial officer and key managerial person of the company, according to an Indian bourse filing on Thursday.
Mehta resigned to seek opportunity outside the company, the filing said.
Shares of the company were down 0.8% in early trading.
