Aspen (Group) Holdings (SGX:1F3) said its associate, Rivanis Ventures, and Railways Asset Corporation have extended the agreement period to finalize a definitive deal until April 25, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The deal relates to a 36-acre mixed-use development in Perai, Penang, awarded in November 2024 to a joint venture between Aspen Vision Development and Kerjaya Prospek Group.
The project includes 338 affordable housing units, 1,680 residential units, 1,680 serviced apartments, and commercial and office spaces. Completion is expected over seven years.
