Braze agreed to acquire OfferFit, an artificial intelligence decisioning company, for $325 million.
OfferFit has partnered with customer engagement solutions like Braze for several years to build multi-agent solutions for cross-channel customer solutions, Braze said Thursday.
The acquisition will allow Braze to more deeply integrate OfferFit's AI capabilities on its broader platform, part of the company's efforts to move further into AI research.
Braze is funding the acquisition, which is expected to close in the quarter ended July 31, with a combination of cash and stock.
