National Australia Bank's (ASX:NAB) NAB Foundation launched a new Impact Investing Fund at the Asia Pacific Impact Investment Summit in New South Wales, the financial services firm said in a statement Wednesday.
The NAB Foundation has invested AU$25 million into the fund, and aims to allocate up to AU$50 million by October 2026, the statement said.
The fund seeks to invest in opportunities with positive social and environmental impacts, and support projects and organizations aligning with the lender's sustainability priorities, according to the statement.
Shares rose 1% in afternoon trade Wednesday.
