C&D International Investment Group (HKG:1908) reported a 4.6% decrease in profit attributable to equity shareholders for 2024 to 4.80 billion yuan from 5.03 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a filing with the Hong Kong bourse on Wednesday.
Diluted earnings per share were 2.21 yuan from 2.36 yuan a year ago.
Revenue increased 6.4% to 142.99 billion yuan from 134.43 billion yuan in the same period last year.
The board recommended a final dividend of HK$1.20 per share, subject to approval by May 23.
The company's shares were up 2% in recent trading.
