WF Holding (WFF) said late Wednesday it priced its initial public offering of 2 million shares at $4 apiece for about $8 million in expected gross proceeds.
The Malaysia-based fiberglass reinforced plastic product maker has granted a 45-day overallotment option to the underwriters to acquire up to 300,000 additional shares.
The company expects its shares to start trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol WFF Thursday, while the IPO is expected to close by Friday.
WF said it will use the proceeds to expand its production capacity, among other things.
