Nomura's (NMR) US unit is in talks with $Vornado Realty Trust(VNO-N)$ for office space at the Penn 2 tower on the west side of Manhattan in New York City, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing sources familiar with the matter.

Plans could still shift, one of the sources told Bloomberg. The company's lease for over 900,000 square feet at Worldwide Plaza is set to expire in 2033, but Nomura may opt to exit in 2027, according to the report.

Nomura and Vornado did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
