Bannerman Energy (ASX:BMN) said that recent heavy rains in Namibia have had a minimal impact on the construction early works activities at its Etango uranium project, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The impact of the flooding and disruptions in the Erongo region of Namibia was limited to restricted site access and minor repairs to stormwater causeways and roads, the filing said.
Construction activities are progressing as scheduled, with the company aiming for a positive final investment decision on the project later this year.
