Tivan (ASX:TVN) has finalized the acquisition of the Sandover fluorite project in the Northern Territory, with the transfer of tenement EL34050 to its unit, Sandover SPV1, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Shares of the company rose 4% in recent Wednesday trade.
