Suntec REIT MTN filed for the listing of SG$175 million worth of 3.40% bonds due in 2031 on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The bonds will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market on March 28, the filing added.
Suntec REIT MTN operates as a special purpose entity of SUNTEC REIT (SGX:T82U), formed for the purpose of issuing debt securities.
