Ampol (ASX:ALD) confirmed its Lytton refinery in Queensland has resumed normal production after Cyclone Alfred caused a 10-day shutdown, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The cyclone damaged a crude storage tank's floating roof on March 11, leading to a crude spill, the filing said. Cleanup and repairs are ongoing, with three other tanks operating as usual.

The company estimates repair costs at AU$20 million, with an additional AU$5 million per month in demurrage costs for three months, per the filing.
