IX Biopharma (SGX:42C) proposed to issue 2,914,771 shares in the capital of the company to its directors, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the SGX on or around March 24.
Following the allotment and issuance of the shares, the total number of issued shares of the company has increased to 887,959,445 shares.
