DISA Raises Share Capital After CEO Exercises 182 Million Options

DISA Limited (SGX:532) increased its issued and paid-up share capital by SG$364,000 to SG$60.5 million following the exercise of 182 million employee share options at SG$0.002 each, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The options were exercised by Managing Director and CEO Chng Weng Wah, who offset the payment against accrued salaries, royalties, and business expenses.

The total number of issued shares rose to 10.7 billion. The new shares will be listed on the Singapore Exchange's Catalist board on March 26.
