Fu Yu (SGX:F13) is reviewing a request from shareholder Victor Lim to table resolutions for the removal and appointment of independent non-executive directors at the company's upcoming annual general meeting, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The request, submitted on March 11, follows similar letters from Lim earlier this year. The board is seeking legal advice on the validity of the request.
