Zhaojin Mining Industry Enters Into Capital Increase Agreement for Shandong Ruiyin

Zhaojin Mining Industry (HKG:1818), Zijin Investment, and Shandong Ruiyin have entered into a Capital Increase Agreement, according to a filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Friday.

Under the agreement, the company and Zijin Investment will collectively contribute approximately 689.07 million yuan to Shandong Ruiyin, proportionate to their existing shareholdings.

The company will contribute approximately 82.35 million yuan, while Zijin Investment will contribute approximately 206.72 million yuan.

Upon completion of the capital increase, Shandong Ruiyin's registered capital will rise from approximately 1.44 billion yuan to approximately 2.13 billion yuan.

The company and Zijin Investment will maintain their respective equity interests in Shandong Ruiyin at 70% and 30%.
