Ying Li International Real Estate (SGX:5DM) said Pan Jianyun was appointed as non-executive and non-independent chairman, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Jianyun succeeded Wang Yun, who resigned as chairman and stepped down from the audit and remuneration committees. Jianyun will join both committees as a member.
