Lucapa Diamond (ASX:LOM) said it has finalized the joint-venture mineral investment contract for the Lulo project in Angola, with the company to increase its stake in the JV to 51%, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The joint venture partners are Endiama, Rosas & Petalas and Lucapa, according to the filing.
The company shares rose 6% in recent Thursday trade.
