Bank of New York Mellon to Redeem $400 Million of Floating Senior Notes

Bank of New York Mellon (BK) said Monday that it will redeem all of its issued and outstanding floating rate senior notes due April 25 for an aggregate principal amount of $400 million.

The lender said the redemption price is equal to 100% of the principal amount plus any interest. The notes will be redeemed on March 25.

Shares were 0.3% lower in recent premarket activity.
