Activia Properties Secures New 6 Billion Yen Loan To Redeem Existing Debt

Activia Properties (TYO:3279) has decided to secure new long-term borrowings totaling 6 billion yen to redeem an existing borrowing due on March 21, according to its Thursday bourse filing.

The loans include 5.04 billion yen at 0.300% interest from four major banks, and 0.96 billion yen at a fixed rate from the Development Bank of Japan. The disbursement is scheduled for March 21.

The four banks are Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Mizuho Bank, MUFG Bank, and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp.
