AeroVironment (AVAV) said Friday that the Department of the Army has canceled a stop-work order issued in February on specific US government contracts awarded to the company.

The contracts, funded through US foreign military financing, involve sales to foreign militaries, the company said in a regulatory filing.

AeroVironment said it is now assessing the impact of the delay caused by the stop-work order and the timeline for fulfilling its obligations under the applicable contracts.

Shares of AeroVironment were up more than 4% in recent trading.
