Primoris Services Chief Executive Officer Tom McCormick is departing.
The infrastructure services provider on Friday said McCormick is set to leave on March 20. He has served in the role since November 2019. His departure is unrelated to Primoris's financial performance, the company said.
Former CEO David King, who held the position from 2015 to 2019, is set to return as president and CEO on an interim basis. King has been chairman of the board since he stepped down as chief executive.
Primoris also said it promoted its chief operations support officer, Jeremy Kinch, to chief operating officer.
