Aduro Clean Technologies (ADUR) said Thursday that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with NexGen Polymers to jointly develop a demonstration-scale plant using Aduro's Hydrochemolytic technology.

Aduro said the potential project, which includes securing feedstock supply, potential site selection, and plant operations, builds on the company's planned pilot plant for the technology, which is expected to be commissioned in Q3.

The demonstration-scale facility will initially be designed to process 8,000 tons per year, Aduro said.

Aduro said NexGen's expertise in securing, storing, and distributing polymer feedstocks will support key operational requirements for Aduro's planned demonstration facility.
