Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (SGX:N2IU), through its manager MPACT and subsidiaries, secured two new financing facilities, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The trust, managed by MPACT and its subsidiaries, has entered into two separate facility agreements. The first facility comprises a principal amount of SG$70 million, while the second facility consists of HK$400 million and HK$600 million.
Both facilities are guaranteed by DBS Trustee, the trustee of MPACT.
