Keong Hong's (SGX:5TT) associated company, Nuform System Asia, entered into a shareholders' agreement with HLMG for the incorporation of a joint venture company, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The JV company, HLMG-Nuform System's principal activity is renting, repair, servicing, and storage of tower crane.
