Atturra (ASX:ATA) has acquired US-based Kitepipe, through its unit, Atturra North America, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The deal, finalized under a membership interest purchase agreement, includes an upfront cash payment of $3.15 million and potential earn-out payments of up to $3.18 million based on Kitepipe achieving performance targets for the current fiscal year and the fiscal year 2026, the filing said.
Integration costs for the deal are estimated at $350,000, the filing added.
