0830 GMT - Bayer's fourth-quarter results are slightly ahead of expectations and guidance is in line with consensus, but the free cash flow outlook is soft, Jefferies analysts write. Bayer reported fourth-quarter adjusted Ebitda of 2.35 billion euros versus consensus at 2.27 billion euros while free cash flow also beat views. Full-year 2025 guidance for Ebitda of 9.3 billion-9.8 billion euros at closing exchange rates compares to consensus at 9.4 billion euros while core EPS guidance is also ahead. But free cash-flow guidance of 1.3 billion-2.3 billion euros is below the 2.8 billion euros expected by consensus. "We expect a small negative response."
