PSP Projects Gets Competition Commission of India's Approval to Sell 30% Stake to Adani Infra

Construction company PSP Projects (NSE:PSPPROJECT, BOM:540544) has received approval from the Competition Commission of India for the sale of a 30% stake in the company to Adani Infra (India), according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

A share purchase agreement has been signed between one one of the promoters Prahaladbhai S. Patel to sell up to 30.07% stake in Adani Infra.

Shares of the company were up nearly 2% in recent trade.
