DoorDash shares advanced post-market after it was disclosed the company will be added to the S&P 500 on March 24.
The stock rose 5.9% to $188.61 on Friday, following a 1.2% decline in the regular session. Shares are up 6.2% this year.
S&P Dow Jones Indices said DoorDash will replace BorgWarner, which is joining the S&P SmallCap 600.
