Golden Horse Minerals Hits Gold at Western Australia Gold Project, Shares Fall 9%

Golden Horse Minerals (ASX:GHM) assay results from its Hopes Hill gold project in Western Australia showed wide and high-grade zones of mineralization, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The results included intercepts from the southern zone of the project of 24 meters at a grade of 2.5 grams per tonne grade of gold from a depth of 144 meters, and 17 meters at a grade of 0.8 g/t of gold from a depth of 113 meters, the filing said.

It is currently drilling in the northern zone of the project.

The firm's shares fell over 9% in recent trading on Thursday.
