California Water Service (CWT) late Thursday reported a capital expenditure of $471 million throughout its service areas during 2024, up $87 million from the previous year.
Its subsidiary California Water Service completed $156 million investment under main replacement program, installing nearly 36 miles of new pipe. Other notable projects included replacing or retrofitting 124 storage and pressure tanks, and upgrading 110 water treatment facilities.
The company provides water and wastewater services to more than 2.1 million customers in five states.
