The company said it expects Q1 net revenue between $263 million and $273 million. Two analysts polled by FactSet expect $264.4 million.
Heidrick said its board maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.15 per share, payable on March 27 to shareholders of record on March 13.
Shares of the company were up 5% in recent after-hours activity.
