Green Plains said its longtime Chief Executive Todd Becker is stepping down.
The producer of fuel-grade ethanol and corn oil and provider provision of grain handling on Friday said that the board has hired an executive search firm to identify a successor to Becker, who joined the company 17 years ago.
The board has created an executive committee to lead the company in the meantime. The committee is comprised of Havasi, head of trading and commercial operations, legal chief Michelle Mapes, as well as Chris Osowski, executive vice president of operations and technology, and Jamie Herbert, human resources chief.
