Ariadne Australia (ASX:ARA) extended its on-market buyback facility for up to 12 months as part of its capital management initiatives, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The buyback aims to acquire shares at prices below the board's view of intrinsic value of the shares, the filing said.
