EPR Properties (EPR) reported Q4 adjusted funds from operations late Wednesday of $1.22 per diluted share, up from $1.16 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $177.2 million, up from $172.0 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $144.3 million in rental revenue, if comparable.
EPR said it expects 2025 funds from operations as adjusted of $4.94 to $5.14. Analysts polled by FactSet expect an adjusted FFO of $5, if comparable.
The company said it is raising its monthly dividend by 3.5% to $0.295 per share, payable April 15 to shareholders of record on March 31.
