China International Holdings (SGX:BEH) said two of its subsidiaries have been summoned to court over a property transfer dispute, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The lawsuit, filed by two construction firms in China's Hubei province, seeks to void the ownership transfer of a residential unit to its subsidiary Zhongjia Xinye Asset Management, arguing that the property should remain with the original owner, Yichang Zeyou Real Estate Development.

The company is consulting legal counsel.
