ACI Worldwide (ACIW) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Thursday of $1.08 per diluted share, down from $1.27 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $453 million, down from $476.6 million a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $451.8 million.
The company said it expects 2025 revenue of $1.69 billion to $1.72 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet are looking for $1.7 billion.
The company expects Q1 revenue of $360 million and $370 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $336.7 million.
ACI Worldwide's shares fell more than 1% in recent premarket activity on Thursday.
