SiriusPoint (SPNT) shares rose 2.1% in recent Wednesday, a day after the company priced a secondary stock offering and announced an equity repurchase.
The offering of 4.11 million shares by entities associated with Daniel Loeb priced at $14 apiece and is expected to close Thursday., SiriusPoint said Tuesday in a statement.
SiriusPoint also agreed to repurchase 500,000 shares from the offering and to cancel them.
