BCI Minerals (ASX:BCI) said the Australian Department of Water and Environmental Regulation approved the second phase of its groundwater monitoring and management plan in Western Australia salt and potash project, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The final step to enable full production is obtaining approval of the plan from the Commonwealth Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment, and Water, the filing said. The company aims to achieve first salt on ship in the second quarter of 2027.
Company shares rose past 6% in recent Friday trade.
