Fresenius Medical Care (FMS) reported Q4 earnings Tuesday of 0.23 euros ($0.24) per share, down from 0.64 euros a year earlier.
Comparable analyst estimates were not readily available.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was 5.09 billion euros, up from 4.99 billion euros a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $4.73 billion euros.
Shares of the healthcare company were up more than 1% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
