Iron Road (ASX:IRD) has received a request from energy transition platform Amp Energy to extend the option exercise date for the first of three proposed land parcel purchases at Cape Hardy, Eyre Peninsula, South Australia, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The first land parcel, covering about 24 hectares of gulf-side land, is exercisable for AU$1 million, with a deadline of Mar. 31, the filing said.
Iron Road is seeking further information from Amp Energy to evaluate the request, the filing added.
Shares of Iron Road rose 4% at market close.
