EVERTEC Shares Rise After Susquehanna Upgrades Rating to Neutral From Negative

EVERTEC (EVTC) shares were up over 12% in recent trading on Thursday after Susquehanna upgraded its rating to neutral from negative and raised the price target to $30 from $28.

The company posted Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.87 per diluted share, up from $0.62 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.72.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $216.4 million, compared with $194.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $215.3 million.

For 2025, the company said it expects adjusted EPS of $3.34 to $3.45. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.41. Revenue for the year is projected to be between $889 million and $899 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $894 million.
