0607 GMT - Parkway Life REIT seems to be focusing on its Singapore and France portfolios, Maybank Research's Krishna Guha says in a research report. The REIT will probably maintain Singapore portfolio's contribution of over 60% of revenue this year, but near-term priority will likely be deepening its footprint in France following recent acquisitions, the analyst notes. The REIT is expected to explore asset enhancement of its Gleneagles Hospital, while management indicated that new beds will be delivered to its Mount Elizabeth Hospital by 2H, the analyst adds. RHB raises the unit's target price to S$4.20 from S$4.10 to reflect lower borrowing-expense assumptions, with an unchanged buy rating. Units are unchanged at S$3.80. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
