First Busey (BUSE) shares were down nearly 1% in recent Monday trading after the company said it signed a separation agreement with Chief Financial Officer Jeffrey Jones, effective Feb. 18.
The company appointed Scott Phillips as interim CFO, effective the same day.
Phillips has served as corporate controller and principal accounting officer since 2023, First Busey said in a regulatory filing Friday.
