Allegro MicroSystems said Monday it appointed Mike Doogue as president, chief executive officer and member of the board.
Doogue, who previously served as executive vice president and its first chief technology officer prior to this promotion, succeeds Vineet Nargolwala.
Allegro will pay Doogue an annual base salary of $700,000 and an annual target bonus of 125% of the base salary, among other financial considerations, according to a securities filing.
Nargolwala will receive around $3.6 million in connection with his separation agreement.
