Auto components manufacturer Samvardhana Motherson International (NSE:MOTHERSON, BOM:517334) has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates called Motherson Treasury Strategy Ltd., according to a Thursday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The new entity, incorporated in Abu Dhabi Global Market, will offer a range of treasury services, including cash management, working capital management, and financing solutions for the parent company and its subsidiaries.
