Atmus Filtration Technologies on Friday posted an increase in earnings as sales rose in its fourth quarter.
The Nashville, Tenn., filtration company logged net income of $40.1 million, or 48 cents a share, compared to $34.8 million, or 42 cents a share, in the prior-year period.
Stripping out certain one-time items, earnings came in at 58 cents a share. Analysts polled by FactSet expected 53 cents a share.
Sales rose to $406.7 million from $399.7 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $399.2 million.
Atmus attributed the increase in sales primarily to higher volume and prices.
Atmus forecast revenue between $1.67 billion and $1.74 billion as well as adjusted earnings per-share in the range of $2.35 and $2.60 for 2025, in line with analysts' estimates.
Shares rose 7% to $42 in premarket trading.
