Audinate Group (ASX:AD8) reported a fiscal first half-year loss of AU$0.0265 per diluted share, compared with earnings of AU$0.0588 per diluted share a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Visible Alpha expected a loss per share of AU$0.0622.
Revenue from ordinary activities for the six months to Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$28.7 million, down over 38% from AU$46.6 million a year ago. Analysts surveyed by Visible Alpha expected AU$31.3 million.
The software developer said the current fiscal year is a "transitional year" and that it expects a "return to normal order patterns and growth by [fiscal year] 2026."
The board did not declare a dividend for the period.
