Cygnus Metals (ASX:CY5) said its common shares qualified to trade on the OTCQB Venture Market, a US marketplace operated by OTC Markets Group, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company's shares started trading on Feb. 14 under the symbol "CYGGF," the filing said.
The shares will continue to trade on the Australian Securities Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange, according to the filing.
Shares fell almost 7% in midday trade Monday in Australia.
