Gentherm posted lower-than-expected fourth quarter results and guidance for the current year, sending shares lower.
The maker of thermal-management technologies logged net income of $15.3 million, or 49 cents a share, compared with $18.1 million, or 56 cents a share, a year earlier.
Stripping out certain one-time items, earnings came in at 29 cents a share. Analysts polled by FactSet expected 68 cents a share.
Revenue declined to $352.9 million from $366.9 million. Analysts expected $360.2 million.
For 2025, Gentherm forecast revenue between $1.4 billion and $1.5 billion. Analysts expected $1.55 billion.
Shares tumbled 11% to $32 in premarket trading. The stock is down about 39% over the last year.
