Amcorp Global's (SGX:S9B) wholly owned dormant subsidiary, Amcorp Vista, is currently undergoing member's voluntary winding up, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
Lee Chong Xiang of Tan, Chan and Partners has been appointed as the subsidiary's liquidator.
